“A boss who is willing to spend money for employees is a good boss.” In Goldtop hat factory, we met a good boss. Recently, the president of the company put forward:  to remove the "salary cap" and increase salary for every employee.
Since March, Goldtop hat factory had increased salary for employees of production department and kept minimum salary of employees increase 20%.
In mid-July, the president proposed to increase salary for employees of every department, including finance department, marketing department, electronic commerce department, purchasing department, R&D department, personnel department, QC department.
The specific plan about employees salary will announce in mid-August and begin to implement in September.
