  • What kind of after-sales service can you provide?

    We will send out one satisfaction questionnaire to every customer according to iso2001:2008 strictly , and reflect all opinions and suggestions to our summery sheet truthfully. So ,to any requests of customers, our salesman will solve them in time . We promise that we will bear everything if it is really quality problems leading customer to a passive situation.

  • What is your payment term? Can make the payment after delivery?

    Payment terms are different according to different orders. Normally, there are two ways: one : pay 30% advance deposit in three days after sign a contract, left 70% paid before the delivery. Two: sight L/C. We can not accept to delivery the goods without any payment. Please Contact us to discuss further .

  • How do you arrange the shipment?

    We arrange the shipment according to contract clause. On FOB terms , We will be responsible for shipping to the designated port of departure; on CIF or CFR terms, We will be responsible for the goods to the named port of destination; If making the delivery in Yiwu city , We will delivery to designated warehouse freely. If the contract has other special arrangement,, we will carry out according to the contract.

  • What is your standard inspection?

    Our quality inspection department will inspect strictly according to AQL2.5 before delivery. We have full set of advanced inspection equipment, including test machine, needle detector machine, tensile tester etc., covering raw materials procurement, semi-finished products and finished product sampling inspection for all inspection of each link, please don’t worry our quality!!

  • How long is your production phase?

    The delivery time of conventional order is 30-45 days after confirming the order. If an urgent order, we can make appropriate adjustments according to exact style, quantity and operation procedure. And once confirming the delivery time, we will try our best to guarantee to make the delivery in time .

  • Will your company charge sample fees? How much ?

    If it is the  Development Sample ,our company will charge RMB200 /style as cost of production, and provide 2-3pcs sample hat to customers , which includes the domestic express delivery cost(international express fee is paid by customer.)
    If there is special process need to open die, customers have to pay for the fee of opening die. If your order is more than MOQ 2400pcs, these fees will be back to you when the order would be placed.

  • Usually, what is the MOQ of Goldtop ? I have a 500 pcs order, can you produce?

    For baseball cap, the economic MOQ is 2400pcs/style/color. This material purchasing amount is the lowest batch value which is acceptable by material suppliers. If less than this quantity, the cost of material purchasing will be increased drastically, also our cost of manufacture and management, which is not so economic for you about purchasing unit price.
       Of course, in the situation of your enough buget, our company will receive smaller order than the quantity mentioned above. You can enquiry our salesman some details you want to know by our sales hot line. They will give you exact answer according to your order features and our production status.
